Hello Sebastian your software is very very good. Thank you very much and a happy new year..

Jose Felipe2005-01-01 04:50 UTC
Happy New Year Mr. Stoff, thanks for this superb piece of software. Other Sat Track programs with 3D graphics, lots of options, etc are not as accurate, stable and easy to use as Orbitron. Thanks again, from Caracas, Venezuela.

Hi Sebastian! Yes of course, I made connection before the updating TLEs, but I can only synchronize time from Orbitron, the error messages are only on TLE update tryings. So, I think this is a problem on my side, but I can't solve that. By the way, HAPPY NEW YEAR, Sebastian!

Sebastian Stoff2004-12-30 08:45 UTC
Alexey: Everything should be ok when you set firewall to allow Orbitron to access Internet. Please remember to establish dial-up connection before you update TLE in Orbitron.

Hi Sebastian, Really brilliant program makes tracking very easy, All the info you need is there.Tnx

Alexey RX3DEM2004-12-29 22:37 UTC
Hello Sebastian! You make a nice program! But I have one question: I use v. 3.14 and have a problem with TLE update. When I try to do this I see the error messages in the window. I read FAQ and finally turn off Windows Firewall, but nothing happens for better. System: WinXP SP2, Orbitron 3.14, dial-up modem.

Sebastian Stoff2004-12-27 09:13 UTC
It's hard to tell you where the problem is. But... Please remember to keep your TLE updated, PC clock synchronized and set your location coordinates precise.

I'm referring to 3.14. 3.13 was fine. Does anyone else have this problem?

Orbitron seems to be behind the actual time of a satellite's pass. I watch the approach on obitron, and then I go outside, but they are already gone. Also PROGRESS, and SOYUZ are not included! It's been day light for 45 minutes, but Orbitron still shows it to be a bit dark. Why? My time is correct!

Just the best invention since cold beer and hot pizza! Really works very nice and has tons of information. Thank you so much Sebastian ! Very 73 from Rhode Island, USA.

Buen trabajo Sabastian. Con la ayuda de Orbitron acabo de realizar una recepcion desde mi QTH IM77AJ y via radio (Un transceptor TH-D7 y antena de 2,5dBi) con el satelite AO-51 Saludos. EB67ECN. Good job Sebastian. With the orbitron's aid I've make a radio reception from my QTH IM77AJ to the AO-51 satellite (I use a TH-D7 transreciver and only 2,5dBi portable antenna)Best Regards. EB7ECN.
