| RX3AOE, As I see WiSPDDE doesn't support your rotor, so maybe someone was wrote driver for it?! Everyone who can programm for Windows and have Kansas Sity Tracker specyfication cloud be able to do it using examples from Downloads section. PS: It's coincidence that I just scan postcard from you and place it in gallery (Cardware section). | ||

| a suggestion: i think it would be a fantastic feature, if you generate the stellar constellation of the selected location as background instead of the pictures of some satellites. it would be a lot easier to find the objects and make your progam PERFECT! | ||

| Sharkbaiter64, These days there are lot of events up there (Shuttle dock to ISS etc.). It's recommended to updating TLE frequently. The best source for TLE in this time is www.space-track.org. You can check age of TLE you were loaded at 'Sat/Orbit Info' panel. Good luck! | ||

| I updated to Orbitron 3.60 and now J-Track seems to coincide with Orbitron. I hope I'm updating the Orbitron TLE's correctly. | ||

| Anyone know why there is a big difference in the plotted location of the ISS on Orbitron vs. NASA J-Track. J-Track shows ISS just coming over the west coast of the U.S.A. and Orbitron shows ISS over the middle Atlantic ocean. | ||

| Игорь... Дык координаты вычисляются по ссылкам которые я давал... Вводишь город и вперед... Хотя я потом маленько свои скорректировал....Да! И после того как определишься с координатами необходимо обновлять файлы TLE... Оптика... Дорогая хуйня... | ||

| Борис! воочию видеть к сожалению не вышло! =( зато с момощью морской оптики...=))) видел в риалтайме по вебкамере зрелище клас... а исчё один раз видел падающую звезду.. вот...! а хелп самому влом тем более не перевариваю редактор ресурсов. а строчные редакторы для меня весчь непостижимая... но думаю стоит попробовать! Кстати не скажешь могу я вычислить координаты дома где я живу??? | ||

| I have downloaded the current shuttle (STS114) orbital elements. If you go to the TLE updater, in the "celestrak.com all" group, there should be a line labelled "tle-new.txt". (I'm using Orbitron 3.60). If it is not there, add the url: www.celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/tle-new.txt | ||

| Игорь! Воочию значит зырить в небо и видеть эту большую светящуюся точку. Кстати, ты видел пролеты МКС? Каждые полтора часа она вокруг шарика обращается... Ну а + Дискавери - дык это вообще заебатая весчь (я надеюсь). А в бинокль говорят только грубые контуры видать... Меня вырубает сам факт соответствия расчетов компа с реальностью... Напрочь...А хелп... Дык автор говорит :"Пожалуйста, если есть желание переводите!". А что тебе там непонятно... Мне только одно слово - ROTOR Ж-) ну нихуя не найду аналогов... Честно говоря я-б с удовольствием взялся за перевод, но останавливает, то что интерфейс переведен уже другим человеком... | ||

| Gianni Try this: In "TLE Updater", I added a new group called "www.celestrak.com - STS". In that group, I added one line that looks like this: STS@http://celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/sts.txt Check the "Mark this group as autoupdate" and you are set. | ||

| Good call Gianni. It would also be nice to have a shuttle "sat icon". I will mainly use Orbitron as a replacement for STSPlus (STS missions 80% of the time). I am currently getting the STS TLE's from Space-Track and creating a sts.txt file for Orbitron's TLE folder and manually loading it. It sure would be nice if we could automate this somehow. | ||
